Shipping

• We do not offer same day delivery.
  
  Cut off time is 4:00 PM for next working day delivery,

any order after 4:00 PM will be shifted by default to the next delivery day .

Friday off.

WE DON'T HAVE A DELIVERY TO : WESTERN REGION , HATTA , AL MADAM, MILEHAH OR ANY AREA NEARBY THEM.

• Delivery timing cannot be predicted
  
  (anytime between 3PM-10PM).
  
  Some delays may occur if the drivers face issues out of their control such as traffic, car accidents, etc.
  
  We do recommend placing an order to be delivered a day before your event to avoid delays. (The flowers will stay fresh.)
• Full and correct details should be provided by the client.

Refund

• Once the payment has been processed,
  
  the purchased items are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

All orders are FINAL and can’t be cancelled. To avoid cancellation due to failed delivery, the customer must make sure all their details are correct.
