نحرص على تقديم خدمة توصيل مميزة تضمن وصول الطلبات إلى العملاء بحالة ممتازة ووفق المواعيد المحددة. ويرجى من العملاء الكرام الإطلاع على سياسة التوصيل الموضحة أدناه بعناية قبل إتمام الطلب

:سياسة التوصيل

تتوفر خدمة توصيل طوال أيام الأسبوع، باستثناء يوم الجمعة

يجب تأكيد الطلب قبل موعد التوصيل بيوم واحد على الأقل قبل الساعة 4:00 مساءً

لا تتوفر خدمة التوصيل في نفس اليوم

لا نوفر خدمة التوصيل إلى: المنطقة الغربية، سويحان، ناهل، أبو سمرة، حتا، المدام، مليحة، شوكة، وادي العجيلي أو أي منطقة مجاورة لهم

We strive to provide a distinguished delivery service that ensures orders are delivered to customers in excellent condition and within the specified timeframes. Customers are kindly requested to review the delivery policy outlined below carefully before completing their order.

Delivery Policy:

  • Delivery service is available throughout the week, except on Fridays.
  • Orders must be confirmed at least one day prior to the scheduled delivery date, no later than 4:00 PM.
  • Same-day delivery service is not available.

WE DON'T HAVE A DELIVERY TO : WESTERN REGION , SWEIHAN , NAHIL , Abu Samrah, HATTA , AL MADAM , MILEHAH , SHOWKAH , WADI AL EJILI OR ANY AREA NEARBY THEM.

  • Delivery timing cannot be predicted
    (anytime between 3PM-10PM).
    Some delays may occur if the drivers face issues out of their control such as traffic, car accidents, etc.
    We do recommend placing an order to be delivered a day before your event to avoid delays. (The flowers will stay fresh.)
  • Full and correct details should be provided by the client.

Refund – الإسترجاع

بمجرد إتمام عملية الدفع، تصبح المنتجات التي تم شراؤها غير قابلة للاسترجاع أو استرداد المبلغ

  • Once the payment has been processed, the purchased items are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy – سياسة الإلغاء

تُعد جميع الطلبات نهائية وغير قابلة للإلغاء بعد تأكيدها. ويتحمل العميل كامل المسؤولية عن صحة ودقة البيانات المقدّمة، وفي حال تعذّر التوصيل نتيجة معلومات غير صحيحة، يحق للمتجر إلغاء الطلب دون استرداد المبلغ

All orders are FINAL and can’t be cancelled. To avoid cancellation due to failed delivery, the customer must make sure all their details are correct.
